Processing Time:   Each piece of Renée Day jewelry is crafted by hand, so please allow up to 2 weeks from date of purchase. If you need a piece quicker, please contact us,  we will do our best to expedite the process. 

Custom Designs: Renée is happy to work with you on a custom piece, please contact us if you have something special in mind.

Gift Purchases: If your purchase is a gift, please leave a note during checkout. We will gladly wrap piece, and include gift card and gift receipt. 

Shipping:  Orders that are ready to go, will ship within 1-2 days of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for pieces that are made to order. All items ship from Los Angeles, CA. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Approximate shipping times are listed below.  (We do our best, but please be aware we cannot guarantee the postal service.)

Shipping Methods:

Shipping times are not guaranteed at this time due to the slow down of USPS. 

USPS 1st class mail:  Transit time 3-7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: Transit time 1-3 business days.

In the rare instance that your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we may assist you in locating it or providing the necessary information to help you submit a claim. Please contact Renée at

Returns: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your new jewelry! 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order we accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 15 days of purchase.  Your purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card or Paypal), less the shipping costs. Items returned without original pouches, or jewelry boxes, or damaged will be charged a restocking fee.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchange: Items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. To exchange an item please contact us at Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

Repairs:  We guarantee the quality of our work. For any repairs, please contact us via email. Pieces repaired by another jeweler cannot be covered by us. 

Tax-Domestic: Orders shipped to CA residents will be charged 9.5% tax. 


Tax-International: Not shipping international at this time.
